About The Position

KWSM is seeking a passionate and tenacious marketer to join their growing team as a Digital Account Manager. This role is integral to the success and retention of the agency’s clients. Digital Account Managers lead the execution of client strategies with the support of a team of copywriters, designers, and content creators. The ideal candidate is a confident self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves systems and processes, has experience managing clients and executing strategic plans, and can juggle multiple priorities without missing details. KWSM offers a hybrid schedule with every other Friday off, and emphasizes career development and leadership training.

Requirements

  • At least two years of agency experience in a client-facing role.
  • Marketing degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven performance managing lead generation funnels and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including landing page optimization, email marketing, social media, and digital ads.
  • Advanced understanding of performance metrics including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, email marketing KPIs, and social media analytics.
  • Strong relationship building and customer service skills, with the ability to set boundaries.
  • Demonstrated history of excellent written and verbal executive communication.
  • Highly dependable, uncommonly organized individual with a passion for digital marketing and team collaboration.
  • Ability to hold themselves and others accountable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies as the account team leader.
  • Be proactive and relationship-focused with clients, educating them, communicating the strategic approach, and advocating for their success.
  • Act as a strong problem solver, focused on results and quality control.
  • Be a team player who leads through digital expertise and consistent skills development.
  • Drive the performance of campaigns through integrated marketing tactics including paid advertising, branding, email and social media marketing, SEO, and landing page optimization.
  • Manage multiple client accounts in a variety of industries, understanding their business objectives, and setting and achieving meaningful KPIs.
