Digital Account Manager (Remote)
About The Position
Connrex Digital, a sister company to Connoisseur Media, is seeking a remote Digital Account Manager. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned digital clients, ensuring a superior client experience and fostering long-term partnerships. The Account Manager will lead marketing campaigns from conception through execution and implementation, working closely with sales and other departments. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service skills, an outgoing personality, a proactive approach, and a dedication to client success. Connrex Digital is part of Connoisseur Media, a leader in the radio, digital, and media industry.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a direct client-facing/customer-service role.
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience.
- High-level knowledge of SEM, SEO, social media, and web design.
- Experience working closely with a sales team.
- High-level knowledge of programmatic or performance marketing.
- Digital or marketing experience with strong digital and social media skills.
- Strong presentation, organizational, detail-oriented, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned group of digital clients.
- Provide a superior client experience for a long and successful partnership.
- Lead marketing campaigns from the idea stage through execution and implementation.
- Prepare and structure calls and monthly meetings to maximize time and impress clients.
- Understand client campaigns and how digital offerings benefit the client.
- Manage client discovery calls, campaign change requests, client budgets, performance reviews, and billing questions.
- Monitor current clients' plans and offer recommendations for growth, such as budget increases or new packages.
- Celebrate client wins and brainstorm opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, knowledge, and proactive responses.
- Research and provide feedback as needed, answering industry questions or collaborating with the appropriate team members.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, offerings, and products in the digital marketing industry.
