About The Position

Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions to small businesses using a partnership-based sales model. The role combines home-office and in-field work, with virtual and in-person presentations and prospecting in a designated territory. Representatives develop and manage their own client portfolios, help businesses succeed, and can earn residual commissions by retaining clients through effective account management. Year-one on-target earnings are stated as $80,000–$90,000, with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Hibu provides three weeks of classroom training, nine weeks of on-the-job field training, and ongoing companywide support.

Responsibilities

• Sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Offer services including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Build a book of business by helping small businesses succeed and retaining clients through strong account management.
• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build client relationships across a wide variety of industries.
