About The Position

University Information and Technology (UIT) at Oregon State University is hiring a full-time, 12-month professional faculty Digital Accessibility & Risk Analyst within the UIT Digital Experience team. Reporting to the Assistant Director for Web Technologies, the Analyst serves as an administrative and process steward for vendor accessibility documentation, vendor-risk intake coordination, and institutional reporting supporting OSU’s digital accessibility and vendor-risk infrastructure. The role coordinates work across UIT Digital Experience, the Office of Information Security, procurement, and IT service management functions. It maintains vendor accessibility documentation, coordinates complete HECVAT submissions for technical review, and tracks accessibility-related tickets and barrier reports so that requests are routed and handled within expected service timelines. The position supports institutional service management maturity through visibility into intake workflows and responsiveness. This is a cross-functional coordination and process-stewardship role, not a technical accessibility evaluation, compliance, enforcement, or program-ownership position. It complements the work of OSU’s Accessible Technology Specialist. OSU IT team members are expected to engage thoughtfully with AI and its responsible use, use data to inform decisions, promote inclusive excellence, and proactively support secure IT systems and services. The position is based on the Corvallis campus and is hybrid, with the precise on-site and remote arrangement determined with the supervisor and dependent on business needs. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, though work outside normal business hours and/or on weekends may sometimes be required. The anticipated start date is November 1, 2026. Starting salary is commensurate with skills, education, and experience; the stated salary range is $66,000–$85,000.
