About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Full Time Registered Dietitian for Jefferson Regional Medical Center (JRMC) located in Pine Bluff, AR. JRMC is a 300-bed hospital with an average census of 100, offering inpatient intensive care, oncology, renal, small pediatrics, and a variety of other units. The campus is described as bright, friendly, and offers a nice cafeteria and wellness centers. The role reports to the Clinical Nutrition Manager.

Requirements

At least 2-3 year of clinical experience in an acute care setting
Be a Registered Dietitian
Must be licensed or have a provisional license in Arkansas before start date
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Perform nutrition assessments on adult patients including those on nutrition support (cardiac & med/surg)
Provide nutritional care for a variety of inpatient units
Have experience with the nutrition care process and electronic health record charting
Have experience with Nutrition Focused Physical Exams
Work well with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff
Work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently
Participate in performance improvement projects
Serve as a preceptor for dietetic interns
