About The Position

The Dietetic Assistant is responsible for providing nutritional care and follow-up for patients and communicating information appropriately to other health professionals. The role requires excellent customer service skills, self-direction, and a positive attitude. The position is with Cox Medical Center Branson in the Food Services department and is scheduled for 40 hours per week, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the evening shift.

Requirements

• Basic reading and writing skills and ability to do simple math.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear and concise phone etiquette.
• Ability to follow directions and work as a team player.
• Ability to move quickly.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent customer service skills, self-direction, and a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Education in nutrition and dietetics.
• Experience in nutrition and dietetics.
