About The Position

The Dietetic Assistant is responsible for the nutritional care and follow-up of patients and for communicating relevant information appropriately to other health professionals. The role requires excellent customer service, initiative, and a positive attitude. The position is based at Cox Medical Center Branson in Branson, Missouri, in the Food Services department. It is scheduled for 40 hours per week, with hours from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the evening shift.

Requirements

• Basic reading and writing skills and the ability to do simple math.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear and concise phone etiquette.
• Ability to follow directions and work as a team player.
• Ability to move quickly and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service skills, initiative, and a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Education in nutrition and dietetics.
• Experience in nutrition and dietetics.
