About The Position
Macomb Post Acute Care Center is seeking an organized and dependable Dietary Manager to join our team full-time. In this role, you will oversee daily dietary operations, supervise dietary staff, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and help provide nutritious, high-quality meals for our residents.
Requirements
- Training in food service management, nutrition, or a related field
- Previous dietary, food service, or nutrition management experience
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food safety regulations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred
