We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Manager to oversee all aspects of our food service program in compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations. The Dietary Manager will lead menu planning, kitchen operations, staff supervision, and ensure high-quality, safe, and nutritionally appropriate meals for children, residents, and staff. The Dietary Manager works closely with dietitians, nursing, and therapy teams to meet individual dietary needs and maintain strong food service standards. This role is both hands-on and leadership-focused, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality across all food service operations.
