Champion Creek Health & Rehabilitation, a newer 99-suite skilled nursing facility in Medina, Ohio, is seeking a qualified full-time, salaried Dietary Manager to lead its dining services team. The successful candidate will be resident-oriented and committed to providing excellent care and food service.
