About The Position

As a Dietary Cook at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care, you will prepare and serve meals according to the menu, monitor food handling and preparation methods, support meal service, and clean equipment. You will safely and efficiently provide nutritionally appropriate food to residents to help maintain and enhance their overall health. You will ensure quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fire and passion for working with seniors.
• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior dietary experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care setting.
• One year of experience as a cook in a large-scale cooking operation.
