About The Position

The Dietary Aide serves nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents while taking dietary preferences and restrictions into consideration. The role prepares dining areas for meals and social gatherings, helps maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen, and follows safety and sanitation protocols. The Dietary Aide interacts compassionately with residents and reflects the values of love, compassion, and dignity.

Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Complete ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of starting.
• Demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Serve high-quality meals, snacks, and beverages while considering residents’ dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Prepare dining areas to provide a clean, welcoming setting for meals and resident social gatherings.
• Help maintain a sanitary and organized kitchen and comply with safety and sanitation protocols.
• Engage with residents compassionately and help create a warm, supportive environment.
