About The Position
The Dietary Aide serves nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents while considering their dietary preferences and restrictions. The role prepares dining areas for meals and social gatherings, helps maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen, and follows safety and sanitation protocols. The Dietary Aide interacts compassionately with residents and supports an environment that reflects love, compassion, and dignity.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Complete ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of starting.
- Demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Serve high-quality meals, snacks, and beverages while considering residents’ dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Prepare dining areas, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents’ meals and social gatherings.
- Help maintain a sanitary and organized kitchen and follow safety and sanitation protocols.
- Engage with residents compassionately and contribute to a warm, supportive environment that reflects love, compassion, and dignity.
