About The Position

High Point Residence Germantown North is seeking a dependable and caring part-time Dietary Aide. The role supports meal service, food preparation, cleaning, sanitation, and other daily dietary operations. The Dietary Aide helps create a positive dining experience for residents while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen and dining environment.

The schedule is part-time, with every Monday and every other weekend required. Dietary service hours are 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, and holiday availability may be required.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Food Handler Permit as required by Wisconsin regulations.
• Compassion and a desire to work with seniors.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with limited supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must meet all applicable health requirements and successfully complete required background checks.
• Must be available every Monday and every other weekend.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous dietary, food service, or senior living experience is a plus.
• Previous experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and service.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas, equipment, and food service supplies.
• Maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Assist the Dietary Director and dietary team with daily operations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Provide friendly and respectful service to residents.
• Work cooperatively as part of the community team.
