About The Position

High Point Residence Germantown South is seeking a compassionate and dependable CBRF Caregiver to provide quality, person-centered care in a supportive living community. The caregiver works with residents and fellow team members to provide personalized care and assistance with daily activities while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being. The ideal candidate is caring, patient, dependable, and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.

This is a full-time role with 12-hour day or night shifts available: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. The schedule is 3.5 days per week and requires working every other weekend.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Wisconsin CBRF certification.
• Previous experience working with elderly or disabled individuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a CBRF, assisted living, memory care, or senior living community.
• Experience supporting individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with CBRF regulations and community policies.
• Monitor, observe, and document changes in residents' health, behavior, and overall well-being.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Provide compassionate support to residents living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Follow community policies, safety procedures, and state regulations.
