About The Position
Ohana Pacific Health is seeking a Dietary Aide to help prepare, cook, and serve nutritious meals to Kupuna. The role supports kitchen and dining department activities under the direction of the Culinary Director and helps ensure the quality of meals and service, including compliance with special diets. Duties also include setting up, washing dishes, and collecting food trays as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current and valid two-step TB clearance and health review; these can be completed in-house.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in food service or working with Kupuna.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and serve nutritious meals.
- Set up kitchen or dining areas, wash dishes, and collect food trays as needed.
- Support activities throughout the kitchen and dining areas under the direction of the Culinary Director.
- Help ensure the quality of meals and service and compliance with special diets.
