About The Position

Eagle Point Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking Dietary Aides/Servers to join their team. This community, which opened in 2018, overlooks the Fox River near downtown Appleton, WI, and offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a 136-unit, apartment-style setting. The role involves assisting in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff, while fostering an environment that promotes resident well-being. The position is described as becoming family and impacting the lives of residents.

Requirements

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assisting in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff.
Creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being.
Set up room trays and tables in dining room.
Serve and bus trays.
Pour and cover beverages.
Assist in preparing and covering food.
Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
