The role involves providing direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, and engaging them in meaningful ways. Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
