About The Position

Sugar Loaf Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Dietary Aide/Server to join their team. Located in Winona, MN, Sugar Loaf provides Assisted Living and Memory Care services in an 80-unit community. The role involves assisting in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff, while fostering resident well-being. The available shifts are Per Diem PMs, including rotating weekends, with a wage of $15.50-$20.50/HR. The ideal candidate is compassionate and passionate about enriching the lives of seniors.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff.
Create an environment that promotes resident well-being.
Set up room trays and tables in the dining room.
Serve and bus trays.
Pour and cover beverages.
Assist in preparing and covering food.
Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
