This position is responsible for the operation of food service equipment and maintaining food sanitation standards. The Dietary Aide will deliver food carts to patient floors, return carts to the dish room, and wash items like pots and pans. They will also operate the dish machine, maintain cleanliness of their work area, and participate in the tray line assembly process. Responsibilities include keeping floors clean, assisting with overall kitchen cleanliness, proper lifting techniques, and adhering to kitchen safety knowledge.
