Dietary Aide/Dishwasher

About The Position
The Dietary Aide/Dishwasher prepares and serves meals according to cycle menus, monitors food-handling methods, prepares meal service, and completes assigned work and cleaning routines for the Dietary Department. The schedule is 12:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., with alternating weekends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience in food service or dining services.
Nice To Haves
- Education in quantity cooking and therapeutic diets.
- 1 year of food service experience in a health care dietary setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals according to cycle menus.
- Monitor methods of food handling.
- Prepare meal service.
- Perform assigned work and cleaning routines for the Dietary Department.
