About The Position
The Diet Clerk performs clinical support functions under the direction of the dietitian. The role involves approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring patient trays are accurate and served at appropriate temperatures. This is a full-time day-shift position at Holy Family Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.
Requirements
- County-specific Food Handlers certification is required upon hire and must be kept current.
Nice To Haves
- An associate degree in Food Science or Nutrition.
- One year of healthcare experience working with modified diets.
