About The Position
The Diet Clerk works under the direction of the dietitian and performs clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections. The role also helps ensure patient trays are accurate and served at appropriate temperatures. This is a full-time, day-shift position in the Dietary department at Holy Family Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.
Requirements
- County-specific Food Handlers certification is required upon hire and must be maintained as current.
Nice To Haves
- An associate degree in Food Science or Nutrition is preferred.
- One year of healthcare experience working with modified diets is preferred.
Responsibilities
