About The Position

Lincoln Tech is seeking experienced diesel technicians to teach and inspire students pursuing careers in Diesel Technology. The role involves delivering hands-on instruction in a fully equipped, climate-controlled training facility and helping students build technical skills, confidence, professionalism, and accountability. New instructors are welcome; Lincoln Tech offers support to help experienced technicians develop as educators. Part-time, full-time, and substitute positions are available.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Diesel Technician experience.
• Desire to teach and inspire others.
• Great communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach Diesel Technology and provide hands-on training in a fully equipped facility.
• Facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum.
• Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability.
• Evaluate student progress and communicate it to students.
• Teach students the importance of safety and compliance.
• Prepare students for successful careers in Diesel Technology.
