About The Position

Lincoln Tech/NADC (Nashville Auto-Diesel College) is hiring skilled diesel technicians to teach Diesel Technology at its Nashville, Tennessee campus. The instructor teaches hands-on skills in a fully equipped facility and delivers Lincoln Tech’s accredited course curriculum. Experienced technicians who are new to teaching are welcome; the institution will help them develop as educators.

The role supports and motivates students as they develop technical skills, professionalism, and accountability. Instructors evaluate and communicate student progress, emphasize safety and compliance, and prepare students for careers in Diesel Technology. Requirements

• At least 3 years of Diesel Technician experience.
• Desire to teach and inspire others.
• Great communication skills.
• Proficiency in technology.
• High school diploma or GED.
