About The Position

Stribling Equipment, LLC is seeking a heavy-equipment-focused Shop Service Technician to recondition and repair heavy equipment and components, perform diagnostic inspections, identify necessary repairs, and accurately record time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases. The technician is also responsible for keeping tools, vehicles, and shop equipment in good condition. The position is based at Stribling Equipment in Richland, Mississippi, and has no travel requirement. Applicants must provide their own tools. Offers are contingent on passing a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on diesel technology experience repairing and maintaining heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
• Must provide own tools.

Nice To Haves

• John Deere experience is a strong plus.
• Diesel Technology degree or certification is preferred.
