About The Position
Penn Jersey Diesel & Trailer is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Diesel Shop Mechanic to provide service to its growing network of customers. The role is for an A- or B-level technician with strong mechanical aptitude and experience diagnosing and repairing diesel vehicles. Requirements
- A- or B-level technician with at least 5 years of hands-on diesel diagnostics and repair experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, engine, and transmission systems.
- Reliable and responsible, with a stable work history.
- Clear communicator and collaborative team player.
- Committed to quality work and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, DEF systems, clutches, transmissions, exhaust systems, and electrical components.
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep vehicles safe, reliable, and road-ready.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with supervisors.
- Deliver quality workmanship efficiently while supporting strong customer satisfaction.
