In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure optimum performance and customer satisfaction. Requirements

Past experience as a Service Technician or similar role in automotive repair
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications preferred

Nice To Haves

ASE Certifications preferred
Previous experience with a OEM certified dealer
Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and ability to read schematics
Strong independent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues
Professionalism and politeness to staff

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs including accurate diagnostics
Complete Digital MPI Inspections with videos and pictures
Complete warranty repairs and maintenance in compliance with manufacturer specifications
Communicate effectively with staff regarding vehicle repair status
Stay up-to-date with required OEM training
Stay active in the shop and work proficiently to complete vehicles for our customers in the expected repair time window
