About The Position

Join Titan Machinery as a Case IH Diesel Mechanic, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel machinery. The role involves delivering accurate, efficient, and high-quality workmanship in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Mechanics communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines with the Service Manager, service team, and customers, and provide timely, courteous service. The position also involves ongoing technical training, identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and department profitability, and following safety rules, policies, and regulations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or a related program.
• Ability to travel to offsite training facilities as needed.
• Must have own tools.
• Keen attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition machine systems and components according to manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers.
• Provide timely and courteous service.
• Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities.
• Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that support customer satisfaction and department profitability.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments.
