About The Position

Join the Titan Machinery team as a Case IH Diesel Mechanic, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel machinery. The role performs repairs and reconditioning in accordance with manufacturer specifications while delivering accurate, efficient, and high-quality workmanship. It also involves communicating repair findings and timelines with the Service Manager, service team, and customers, maintaining current product knowledge through ongoing training, identifying customer service opportunities, and following applicable safety requirements. Requirements

At least 2 years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or a related program.
Ability to travel to offsite training facilities as needed.
Must have own tools.
Keen attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and ability to work independently.
Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and recondition machine systems and components according to manufacturer specifications.
Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers.
Provide timely and courteous service.
Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities.
Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that improve customer satisfaction and support department profitability.
Follow safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments.
