About The Position

Join Titan Machinery as a Case IH Diesel Mechanic, providing diagnostics, repairs, reconditioning, and maintenance for diesel machinery. The role involves communicating professionally with service colleagues and customers, keeping product knowledge current through ongoing training, identifying customer service opportunities, and following all applicable safety requirements. Requirements

Have 2 or more years of related experience, or an associate's degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or a related program.
Be able to travel to offsite training facilities as needed.
Have own tools.
Have keen attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.
Have exceptional documentation and communication abilities.

Ability to work flexible hours.
Ability to travel to customer and company locations.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and recondition machine systems and components according to manufacturer specifications, with high-quality and efficient workmanship.
Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers.
Provide timely and courteous service.
Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities.
Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability.
Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments.
