About The Position

Titan Machinery is hiring a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to provide diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for diesel machinery. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning machine systems and components according to manufacturer specifications while ensuring high-quality, efficient workmanship. The mechanic communicates repair findings, needs, and expected timelines to the Service Manager, service team, and customers, and provides timely, courteous service. The position also involves ongoing professional and technical training, maintaining current product knowledge and service capabilities, identifying customer service opportunities, and recommending solutions that support customer satisfaction and department profitability. Employees must follow applicable safety rules, policies, and regulations. Requirements

At least 2 years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or a related program.
Ability to travel to offsite training facilities as needed.
Must have own tools.
Keen attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and ability to work independently.
Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and recondition machine systems and components according to manufacturer specifications.
Ensure high-quality and efficient workmanship.
