About The Position
MT1 is seeking qualified Diesel Truck Mechanics for a busy, clean, polished, and equipped truck shop in Fort Pierce, Florida. The role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing diesel trucks, trailers, and related equipment. Diagnostic and internal engine experience is preferred. Compensation starts at $35.00–$55.00 per hour, based on experience and training, with hourly and flat-rate options available. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on day shift. Overtime is not required, and work-life balance is highly respected.
Requirements
- Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing diesel trucks and related equipment.
- Knowledge of trucks and equipment from manufacturers including Hino, Ottawa Trucks, East, Pitts, Dorsey Trailers, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner, Volvo, Cummins, and Detroit.
- Knowledgeable, reliable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel trucks, trailers, and related equipment.
- Work on systems including engines, air conditioning, electrical, exhaust, brakes, and axles.
- Provide quality repairs as part of an established, team-oriented shop.
