About The Position

Join Titan Machinery as a Case IH Diesel Mechanic, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel machinery. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to customer service and department performance while developing product knowledge through ongoing technical training. Work is performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable safety rules, policies, and regulations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or a related program.
• Ability to travel to offsite training facilities as needed.
• Must have own tools.
• Keen attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines with the Service Manager, service team, and customers.
• Provide timely, courteous service and document work and findings clearly.
• Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities.
• Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that support customer satisfaction and department profitability.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments.
