About The Position

This position is responsible for maintenance and preventative maintenance on diesel engine trucks and trailers while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The role is on second shift at the Humboldt Truck Shop. The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of mechanic work experience documented in the application work history, which may be accumulated across multiple employers, or graduation from an industrial maintenance training program.
• Willing and able to meet the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must reside in the United States; sponsorship is not offered.
• Must meet the stated rehire eligibility conditions: a 90-day waiting period from the last termination date and the 3X rule (candidates cannot have worked for Tyson three times before).
