About The Position
This is a 2nd shift position. The essential functions include, under the direct supervision of the Press Room Area Manager, being responsible for the complete operation of a transfer press, including changeover and the identification of improvements.
Requirements
- Perform coursework to complete Press Training Program to a Level 2 at a minimum
- Maintain an attendance point level no higher than 10 points
Nice To Haves
- Level 3 training is recommended
- Previous Stamping Press experience preferred
