About The Position
This is a 2nd shift position for a Die Set Technician. The role involves the complete operation of a transfer press, including changeovers and identifying areas for improvement, under the direct supervision of the Press Room Area Manager.
Requirements
- Must complete Press Training Program to a Level 2 at a minimum
- Maintain an attendance point level no higher than 10 points
Nice To Haves
- Level 3 training is recommended
- Previous Stamping Press experience preferred
Responsibilities

- Perform changeovers on the transfer press
- Identify improvements for the press operation
