As the face of Dickey's, you are to provide and ensure fast and friendly customer service, creating a fun and positive work environment, hiring and leading a top group of Dickey’s employees, dedicated to serving up fresh-made, delicious BBQ and other offerings for our hungry customers. In addition to preparing food, this role is responsible for providing fast and friendly customer service, operating the point-of-sale system, safeguarding cash and inventory, maintaining proper food safety standards, and ensuring the cleanliness of the Dickey's area. This position is engaging, gives you a lot of variety in your day, and prepares you for more responsibility along your Dickey's/ Road Ranger journey.

Requirements

• 1 plus years of restaurant management experience
• Friendly, hard-working, and reliable leader
• Enjoys engaging with customers, employees, and vendors
