About The Position

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at US Renal Care, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team, working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and assisting and supervising Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) who care for patients living with kidney disease. You will provide safe, comfortable, high-quality dialysis treatment, complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments, and monitor patients during treatment. You will review patient medication profiles monthly and administer medications according to physician orders. You will participate in interdisciplinary patient assessment and care planning, help ensure center staffing requirements are met under the direction of the Administrator and in accordance with state staffing-ratio regulations, follow company policies and applicable state and federal laws and regulations, and attend required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.

Requirements

Current nursing license in the applicable state.
Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of current nursing experience.
Previous dialysis nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Provide patients with safe, comfortable, high-quality dialysis treatment.

Participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
Assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
