About The Position

DaVita is hiring a registered nurse to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. The role oversees treatment, guides clinical staff, and supports high standards of care and safety in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, eight hours per day; the posting also lists a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 18 months of RN experience, including at least 6 months of dialysis experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Charge RN readiness approval.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN).
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience.
• CNN or CDN certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes.
• Supervise clinical staff, including patient care technicians (PCTs).
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease and oversee treatment.
