About The Position

Radiology Partners East Florida is hiring a Diagnostic Radiologist to serve a multi-hospital system that includes HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital, HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital, and HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital. The radiology practice is physician-led and uses the Mosaic clinical platform and workflow. The position is based on-site in Port St. Lucie, Florida, and offers a day-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with equitably shared Q4 call and on-site weekend responsibility. The position offers a competitive base salary and an additional incentive structure, including eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. A $50,000 sign-on bonus is offered with a two-year requirement, along with a retention bonus. The salary range is $500,000–$525,000; final compensation may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, and other factors. The practice serves communities along Florida’s Treasure Coast. HCA Florida Healthcare operates an interconnected four-hospital system, and HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital is a 222-bed facility providing emergency, rehabilitation, obstetric, surgical, orthopedic, and other acute care services. The region offers more than 60 miles of shoreline and is north of Palm Beach and under two hours from Miami.

Requirements

Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME-accredited U.S. training program.
Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR).
Florida license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Provide diagnostic radiology services across the supported multi-hospital system.
Participate in equitably shared Q4 call.
