About The Position

This is a dual-role opportunity as a Diagnostic Radiologist and Site Director at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital, the primary site in a collaborative, multi-hospital radiology system. The physician will maintain an active clinical practice while providing on-site leadership and supporting operations, physician engagement, quality initiatives, and workflow optimization. The integrated practice supports HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital, HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital, and HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital. It uses shared worklists to support collaboration, balanced workloads, and volume management across sites, with the Mosaic clinical platform for workflow and network connectivity. Lawnwood is a 398-bed teaching hospital and regional referral center with a high-volume emergency department and comprehensive clinical services. The position is based in Fort Pierce, Florida, with a day shift and an option for a hybrid schedule stated in the role summary; position details list the work location type as on-site. Requirements

Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME-accredited U.S. training program.
Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR).
Florida license or ability to obtain a Florida license.
