About The Position

Radiology Partners East Florida is hiring an onsite Diagnostic Radiologist based at a Women’s & Children’s hospital in Palm Beach County. The role includes approximately 20% pediatric imaging, and pediatric imaging experience or comfort is required. The position is part of a growing Women’s & Children’s service line and a collaborative, radiologist-led practice supported by a multi-hospital system. The clinical platform is Mosaic. The role offers a day shift Monday through Friday, an equitable call schedule of approximately 12 weekends per year, and 10 weeks of paid time off. Compensation includes a base salary of $500,000–$525,000, an annual discretionary bonus, an incentive structure, a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 tied to a two-year commitment, and an additional retention bonus. The regional hospital network includes HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital, HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital, HCA Florida Highlands Hospital, and HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital. The system includes a 398-bed acute care facility with a 41-bed emergency department that sees approximately 80,000 visits annually, a Pediatric ICU, the region’s only Level III NICU, and a Level II Trauma Center, as well as comprehensive stroke care and medical education and training.
