Requirements
- Associate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- Minimum of three years of related professional experience
- ARDMS registration in Abdomen and Obstetrics/Gynecology

- Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
- Prior teaching, training, coaching, or mentoring experience

Responsibilities
- Teach and Inspire Future Healthcare Professionals
- Lead engaging classroom, lab, and hands-on learning experience
- Help students develop the knowledge and skills needed for successful careers in diagnostic medical sonography
- Create a supportive learning environment where students can grow and succeed
- Use real-world examples and clinical expertise to bring learning to life
- Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor for students throughout their educational journey
- Provide feedback, guidance, and encouragement to help students reach their goals
- Promote student well-being, safety, and academic achievement
- Help develop and update curriculum to keep pace with healthcare industry needs
- Participate in program assessment and continuous improvement efforts
- Support accreditation and institutional quality standards
- Partner with faculty and staff to recruit, retain, and support students
- Mentor adjunct instructors and contribute to a positive team culture
- Share ideas and best practices that enhance learning and student outcomes
- Use technology and our Learning Management System to support instruction
- Teach in classroom, hybrid, online, evening, or weekend formats as needed
