About The Position

As one of the largest community colleges in Michigan, OCC serves over 12,000 students across a multi-campus system. Adjunct Faculty are expected to utilize modern technology in the classroom. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field and one (1) year of experience OR Associate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field and three (3) years' of experience.
• Registered sonographer with registries in abdominal and OB/GYN.
• Resume, cover letter, and unofficial transcripts (showing date degree was conferred) must be attached to the online application.

Responsibilities

• Teach Diagnostic Medical Sonography courses, ranging from basic to advanced skill levels, during anticipated day and/or evening sessions.
• Maintain and/or provide licensure and certifications where applicable.
