About The Position

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for Radiology professionals experienced in diagnostic imaging, image interpretation, differential generation, follow-up recommendations, ACR criteria application, structured reporting, and evidence-based clinical evaluation. This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on AI diagnostic imaging reasoning evaluation, radiology scenario design, healthcare response review, guideline-based assessment, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will create clinically realistic radiology prompts, evaluate AI-generated imaging-related responses, assess reasoning quality against evidence-based standards, and provide structured written feedback based on detailed evaluation criteria.

Requirements

  • Professional expertise in Radiology, diagnostic imaging, image interpretation, structured reporting, or subspecialty radiology practice
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills across imaging findings, differential generation, follow-up recommendations, and evidence-based decision-making
  • Ability to evaluate radiology-related written outputs with accuracy, nuance, and attention to patient-care implications
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to provide structured, well-supported feedback
  • Comfort applying detailed rubrics, clinical guidelines, ACR criteria, and evaluation standards consistently
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous, project-based environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete high-quality review work within project timelines
  • Attending physicians should be board certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license
  • Resident physicians should be in their final year of Radiology residency or recently graduated and board-eligible
  • Fellows should be board-certified or board-eligible in their primary specialty and hold a current, active, unrestricted medical license where applicable
  • Relevant backgrounds may include Diagnostic Radiology, Interventional Radiology, Neuroradiology, Body or Abdominal Imaging, Musculoskeletal Radiology, Breast Imaging, Pediatric Radiology, and related imaging subspecialties
  • Professional experience in radiology practice, medical education, imaging documentation, diagnostic quality review, research, or guideline-based assessment is highly relevant

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing radiology cases, clinical scenarios, medical education materials, board-style questions, or structured assessment content
  • Familiarity with ACR criteria, structured reporting standards, imaging follow-up recommendations, diagnostic frameworks, and subspecialty imaging workflows
  • Experience reviewing radiology reports, imaging-related recommendations, clinical documentation, or healthcare-related written content
  • Comfort identifying diagnostic reasoning gaps, unsupported conclusions, unsafe recommendations, or missing imaging-specific nuance
  • Experience participating in calibration sessions, peer review, medical education, quality improvement, or structured review workflows

Responsibilities

  • Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios based on Radiology practice
  • Develop scenarios involving image interpretation, differential diagnosis, follow-up recommendations, ACR criteria application, and structured reporting
  • Create high-quality reference responses that reflect attending-level radiology judgment and evidence-based diagnostic reasoning
  • Support varied healthcare evaluation tasks across diagnostic radiology and subspecialty imaging contexts
  • Review AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, reasoning quality, completeness, and diagnostic relevance
  • Evaluate whether responses appropriately address imaging findings, differential considerations, recommended follow-up, reporting structure, and guideline alignment
  • Identify unsupported claims, missing imaging nuance, unsafe recommendations, weak reasoning, or incomplete diagnostic interpretation
  • Grade responses against structured rubrics and project-specific evaluation criteria
  • Provide clear, precise, and evidence-based written feedback on AI-generated radiology outputs
  • Explain assessment decisions with professional judgment, consistency, and attention to diagnostic imaging standards
  • Follow detailed task instructions and apply clinical review criteria accurately
  • Participate in onboarding, calibration, or specialty alignment activities when required

Benefits
