About The Position

We are seeking credentialed finance professionals based in the United States for a specialized part-time consulting opportunity. This remote role focuses on evaluating AI-assisted financial reasoning, reviewing finance outputs, verifying rules and figures against authoritative sources, and performing quantitative checks. Selected professionals will provide structured feedback on financial conclusions, identify reasoning gaps, and ensure high-quality project execution based on detailed criteria. The work involves assessing accuracy, clarity, and professional utility of finance-related content across various domains including tax, financial planning, investment analysis, corporate finance, and advisory scenarios.

Requirements

• 2+ years of substantive professional experience in finance, tax, financial planning, investment analysis, advisory, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or related finance roles.
• Recognized finance credential such as CPA, EA, CFP, CFA, or similar qualification in good standing where applicable.
• Strong ability to verify figures, calculations, and rules against authoritative sources.
• Comfort independently recomputing stated figures and checking quantitative claims.
• Strong judgment when reviewing finance-related content across both familiar and unfamiliar areas.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to explain financial reasoning clearly.
• High attention to detail and ability to identify subtle errors, unsupported assumptions, or incomplete analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous, project-based environment.
• United States-based credentialed finance professionals are required for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated outputs across a range of finance topics, including tax, financial planning, investment analysis, corporate finance, advisory scenarios, and quantitative reasoning.
• Evaluate whether financial conclusions are accurate, clearly explained, and professionally useful.
• Identify unsupported claims, incomplete analysis, weak assumptions, unclear explanations, or incorrect financial reasoning.
• Assess whether finance responses reflect appropriate terminology, practical judgment, and sound analytical structure.
• Verify stated figures, calculations, assumptions, and rules against authoritative sources where applicable.
• Perform basic quantitative checks and independently recompute stated figures when needed.
• Review rules in familiar or unfamiliar financial systems using official sources and structured verification methods.
• Flag calculation errors, outdated rules, missing caveats, unsupported figures, or weak source grounding.
• Provide clear written feedback on financial reasoning quality, quantitative accuracy, rule interpretation, and source support.
• Apply consistent professional judgment across multiple finance review assignments.
• Follow detailed task instructions, evaluation rubrics, and project-specific quality standards accurately.
• Collaborate through structured remote workflows designed to assess and improve financial reasoning outputs.
