Requirements

  • Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R or HT
  • DHS experience highly desired
  • Flexible work location, Remote-friendly

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the Review Team.
  • Assign work and balance reviewer workloads based on staffing levels, workload volume, priorities, and customer requirements.
  • Monitor team performance against established quality, timeliness, production, and customer service metrics.
  • Ensure investigative reports, interviews, and record checks are reviewed in accordance with customer and contractual requirements.
  • Track and report team KPIs, trends, and performance metrics to Program Management.
  • Collaborate with Workload Leadership and Field Leadership to address operational challenges and support timely case completion.
  • Identify recurring errors, deficiencies, omissions, and quality concerns across investigative work products.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance and Training personnel to develop corrective action plans and targeted educational initiatives.
  • Monitor reviewer productivity and provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Conduct performance management activities, including development planning and corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure consistency in review practices and interpretation of investigative requirements across the review staff.
  • Support customer audits, internal audits, and quality inspections.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert regarding investigative review standards and customer-specific requirements.
  • Provide regular status updates and performance reports to Program Management.
  • Support surge efforts and special projects as required.
