DHS Case Reviewer
About The Position
The Reviewer serves as a quality control resource responsible for reviewing Reports of Investigation and supporting documentation submitted by Investigators and Record Searchers. This position ensures investigative work products meet customer requirements for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliance before submission to the government. The Reviewer works closely with field staff to provide guidance on investigative requirements, identify trends and deficiencies, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the program. A security clearance of Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R or HT is required. DHS experience is highly desired. Flexible work location, Remote-friendly.

Responsibilities
- Review investigative reports, interviews, and record checks for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Ensure all work products meet customer and contract requirements prior to submission.
- Partner with Investigators and Record Searchers to clarify requirements and resolve deficiencies.
- Provide coaching and guidance regarding investigative standards and documentation requirements.
- Identify recurring trends, errors, omissions, and quality concerns.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance personnel to develop educational and corrective action initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall program quality.
- Maintain established quality, timeliness, and production standards.
- Assist management with quality reporting and trend analysis.
