Requirements

Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R or HT
DHS experience highly desired
Flexible work location, Remote-friendly

Responsibilities

Conduct online and in-person record searches at law enforcement agencies, courthouses, educational institutions, employers, healthcare providers, and other authorized sources.
Retrieve and verify records pertinent to federal background investigations.
Conduct database searches utilizing approved investigative systems and resources.
Compile findings into clear, concise, and comprehensive Reports of Investigation (ROIs).
Ensure all investigative documentation complies with government standards, guidelines, and policies.
Maintain confidentiality and properly safeguard sensitive and personally identifiable information (PII).
Meet established quality, timeliness, and production standards.
Respond promptly to requests for additional information or case clarification.
Collaborate with reviewers, investigators, and management to ensure complete and accurate case documentation.
